ERP system harmonized.
The “classic” initial situation: several business areas and several countries within a company group operate numerous separate ERP systems. And accordingly, the organization, processes and data are fragmented.
We initially assess the requirements “backwards”: Which customer groups receive products and services? How does the value chain flow through the company? Which business units provide which services in which processes with which data?
Then, together with the client, we develop a new target image for the future ERP-based digital machine room using the client’s experts: The administration of all services then takes place seamlessly along the value chain and networked to the customer platform.
In this way, we ensure a digital triad: an organization, in which each service is functionally provided in only one place. A scalable technology, in which all data is only stored once. A culture, in which everything is created only once and transparently across all departments.
It’s the implementation that counts: The new company-wide ERP solution follows the needs of the customers and the requirements of the business units. The conception and implementation succeeds collaboratively from within and agile in small steps.
