Entrepreneurship is often invoked in the public discourse on promoting the economy. Rightly so. And at the same time paradoxical: Because in many companies there is hardly any entrepreneurial behaviour internally.

Managers often concentrate on the fulfilment of predefined tasks, the creation of familiar concepts and the documentation of existing business models. Classic consultancy provides the appropriate analyses and legally compliant documentation. Implementation? Usually exclusive.

And then it is said: ‘We expect entrepreneurial thinking! But this is often romanticised. Because in addition to the mindset, a suitable structure is required that promotes entrepreneurial behaviour:
