Product and Service renewed

Our client is already established and successful. Nevertheless, with the renewal of product and service we managed to combine the conservative with the modern and create a small revolution.

Simple: The complex product was simplified and is explained transparently – see video. For the customer, everything is very simple because all product features and services were rigorously thought out from the customer’s perspective. The processing, administration and systems follow the customer’s wishes.

Flexible: All options are now on the customer end. Customers can decide at any time and with just a few clicks which product variant they want, which payment method they choose, how often they want to pay in, when they want to take a ‘break’, sell or – hopefully not – cancel.

Secure: A key selling point is the intelligent combination of a physical, secure and conservative product with a modern, digital and scalable service. Every customer always enjoys the high level of security and decides for themselves how modern they want the services to be.

Transparent: In our example, it is a so-called savings plan. A product group that is often seen as expensive or even opaque. That is why the fee system has been radically reduced: the costs are identical to those of a normal purchase of precious metal without a savings plan.

Omni-Channel: Everything is digital and seamless. Inform, buy, modify and manage directly online. Mobile or on the desktop. Optionally, customers can conveniently conclude the transaction at the branch together with the employees on site. Or trade online through renowned partner banks.
